Privacy notice

What we collect

• Email (waitlist). If you join the waitlist: your email address, to send beta invites and launch news. It is held by our newsletter provider, not on our own servers, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
• Telegram (the bot). Your Telegram user id and username, and the country of residence and citizenship you tell us — we are required to check where our service may be offered.
• Wallets. Public wallet addresses you link, so we can show positions, send alerts and place the trades you approve. We never have your seed phrase or private key.
• Checks. When you link a wallet on the web: an approximate location from your IP address and whether it comes from a VPN, and a sanctions check on the wallet. We keep a record of each decision because the law requires it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We don't hold your funds, and can't withdraw from your wallet.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any of them.
• To see or delete your data, message @pipfoxbot with /help and ask. Some records (such as access checks) may have to be kept for a time to meet legal obligations.
